Refund and Return

At De_Style Masters Interiors Limited, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love your purchases and enjoy a seamless experience with us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product or service, our Return & Refund Policy is designed to be fair, simple, and transparent.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The item was purchased directly from Dsmaster (online or in-store).
  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
  • You initiate the return request within 7–14 days from the date of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or customization reasons. These include:

  • Used kitchenware or dining products.
  • Perishable items (e.g., flowers, food-related products).
  • Customized, made-to-order, or personalized items.
  • Sale or clearance items marked “Final Sale.”

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@destylemastersinteriors.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item.
  3. Ship the item back to us in secure packaging.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will confirm whether the return is approved.

4. Refunds

  • Approved Refunds: Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days after the returned item is inspected.
  • Partial Refunds: May apply if the returned item shows signs of use, damage, or missing parts not due to our error.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).

5. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items. For other cases, please request a refund and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  •  with photos or videos of the issue.
  • We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost or provide a full refund.

7. Service-Related Refunds (Interior Design & Décor)

  • Deposits made for design, decoration, or event styling services are non-refundable once work has commenced.
  • If you cancel before work begins, a refund (minus any administrative or consultation fees) may apply.
  • For ongoing projects, refunds will be calculated based on the stage of work completed and materials already purchased.
